Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Items purchased during sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for return.
Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

How to Initiate a Return

WhatsApp us at +971 56 800 9607 with your order number and reason for return.
We will confirm eligibility and share the return address in Thane.
Ship the item back via a trackable courier at your own cost.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchange

We are happy to exchange an item for a different product of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Any difference in price will need to be paid before dispatch.
